The fryer features four heat exchanger tubes that evenly heat the oil in the fry tank. These tubes can be easily removed for cleaning. The fry tank also has a V-shaped cool zone to trap crumbs and debris and prevent carbonization, ensuring the quality of the oil for longer periods.
Temperature control is simple with the millivolt thermostat, which allows you to set the temperature between 200°F and 400°F.
The fryer is built to withstand daily commercial use with its stainless steel cabinet and fry tank. It also comes with adjustable 6" casters, making it easy to move around for cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, it includes twin fry baskets with plastic coated handles, a tank brush, a clean-out rod, and a stainless steel crumb scoop for ease of use.
