With a storage capacity of 6.15 cubic feet, this unit fits perfectly beneath your counter. Designed to withstand the demands of busy foodservice environments, it features a stainless steel top, front, and sides, as well as an aluminum interior and epoxy-coated evaporator coil. Equipped with two epoxy-coated shelves, this undercounter freezer maximizes storage space. The 20-gauge stainless steel door self-closes to ensure it is not left open, but can also be fixed in the open position for efficient bulk loading. The unit is environmentally friendly and efficient, thanks to the use of R290 refrigerant and an adaptive defrost feature that only initiates when necessary. The refrigeration system, including the 0.25 hp compressor, is installed on the rear of the unit. With 6" casters and two brakes, the freezer can be easily moved and securely positioned. It maintains a temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit and is electronically controlled. The one-piece Santoprene magnetic gasket on the inside of the door prevents air leakage, ensuring optimal temperature and safety for perishable items.
