The UltraSpec™ Series Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a two-section, 60"W self-contained unit with a capacity of 16.0 cubic feet. It features one self-closing door, two epoxy coated shelves, and two drawers. The upper drawer can accommodate two 4" deep pans, while the lower drawer can accommodate two 6" deep pans (pans not included). The stainless top has an opening for 16 1/6 size pans and a 10" composite cutting board. The table also includes locking divider bars, a hinged insulated flat lift-up lid, and full electronic control. It has a stainless steel door, front, and sides, with an aluminum interior. The Santoprene gaskets come with a 2-year warranty. The table has a rear mount refrigeration system and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. It has a 1/3 HP motor and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified. The table is made in the USA and there are other refrigerated prep tables available.
