The UltraSpec™ Series Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a one-section unit with a width of 27 inches. It is a self-contained unit with a capacity of 6.77 cubic feet. The table features two drawers, with the upper drawer accommodating two 4-inch deep pans and the lower drawer accommodating two 6-inch deep pans (pans not included). The top of the table is made of stainless steel and has an opening for eight 1/6 size pans. It also includes a 10-inch composite cutting board and locking divider bars. The table has a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid and full electronic control. The front and sides are made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of aluminum. The table has Santoprene gaskets with a 2-year warranty. It has a rear mount refrigeration system and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The table has a 1/10 HP motor and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified. It is made in the USA. (There are also other refrigerated prep tables available.)
