This two-section commercial pizza prep table has a width of 72-1/8" and a self-contained design. It has a capacity of 22.77 cu. ft. and features four drawers for storage. The table has a stainless steel top and a 19" cutting board. The lid is hinged and insulated, and it lifts up flat. The table has full electronic control and a stainless steel door, front, and sides. The interior is made of aluminum and the gaskets are made of Santoprene, with a 2-year warranty. The refrigeration system is side-mounted and the table has a 1/2 HP motor. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, as well as UL-Sanitation certified. This prep table is made in the USA and there are other refrigerated prep tables available.
