The UltraSpec™ Series Roll-Thru Holding Cabinet is a two-section cabinet with a capacity of 72.4 cu. ft. It features a stainless steel exterior and interior, and has a standard depth. The cabinet has full height doors and is equipped with TOUCH POINT™ electronic temperature control/indicator. It also includes a stainless steel ramp.
