The Commercial Chef Base Freezer is a one-section freezer with a width of 48 inches. It is self-contained and has a capacity of 8.59 cubic feet. The freezer has two drawers, with the upper drawer able to accommodate two 12" x 20" x 6" pans per drawer and the lower drawer also able to accommodate two 12" x 20" x 6" pans per drawer (pans not included). The freezer has full electronic control and a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom. The interior is made of aluminum. The magnetic gaskets come with a 2-year warranty. The refrigeration system is side-mounted and self-contained, using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The freezer has a 1/2 HP motor and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified. It is also proudly made in the USA.
