The TST-72SD-30-N-SL Super Deluxe Sandwich/Salad Mega Top Unit is a three-door model with 23 cu. ft. of storage space. It comes with three stainless steel shelves for easy organization. The interior temperature is maintained between 33°F to 39°F to keep food fresh. The top of the unit has a cold bunker with 30 ?-size pans that are 4" deep, allowing for easy access to a variety of salad or sandwich ingredients. The cold bunker keeps the items below 41°F, even with the lids open, meeting NSF requirements. The unit uses a ? HP compressor with eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It also features Turbo Air's self-cleaning condenser, which prevents dust buildup and ensures efficient operation. The prep table requires standard 115v/60/-1ph electricity and comes with a 9-ft long power cable and 4" swivel casters.
