The TST-36SD-N6 Super Deluxe Sandwich/Salad Unit from Turbo Air is a compact to medium-sized model that offers ample storage space. It features a full-width cold bunker with 10 ?-size pans and refrigerated reach-in cabinets with a total capacity of 11 cu. ft.

The cold bunker is equipped with an insulated cover and a powerful forced-air cooling system that maintains a temperature below 41°F to meet NSF requirements. Even when the pan cover is open, the forced-air system creates a cold air-shield to ensure the temperature remains consistent. The prep table also includes a ½” thick polyethylene cutting board that spans the entire width, providing a convenient worktop for preparing salads and sandwiches. The cutting board is fixed in place but can be easily removed for cleaning.

The reach-in cabinets below the main worktop feature stainless steel doors with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. This insulation helps maintain an interior temperature between 33°F and 39°F, ensuring optimal food preservation. Each cabinet is equipped with a stainless steel shelf to maximize storage space, and LED lighting at each corner makes it easy to locate items.

The refrigeration system of this prep table utilizes an efficient ? HP compressor unit that uses environmentally friendly hydrocarbon R-290 refrigerant. This refrigerant is ozone-safe and has minimal greenhouse gas emissions. The self-cleaning condenser technology, patented by Turbo Air, keeps the condenser clean without any downtime or additional labor costs. A rotating brush regularly cleans the condenser, preventing dust buildup and ensuring efficient airflow and thermal exchange.

This prep table can be easily connected to an outlet using the included 108” power cable and standard 115v/60/1-ph electrical power, which delivers 2.9 amps of current. The unit is highly portable with its 4” swivel casters.

Additional features of this prep table include an insulated pan cover, a self-contained system, an anti-corrosion coated evaporator, standard 1/6 size, 4” deep condiment pans, and standard 4” dia. swivel casters with locks on the front set.
