This merchandiser is equipped with a digital temperature control system that continuously monitors the internal temperature to keep the contents between 33°F and 38°F. It also has a built-in alarm that sounds if either door is not completely closed, preventing spoilage and conserving energy. The Turbo Cooling function is ideal for restocking, as it quickly drops the internal temperature after the doors have been kept open for an extended period. This merchandiser uses R-290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, which meets the EPA and DOE's 2017 standards. This refrigerant is safe for the ozone layer and minimizes greenhouse gas emissions.
