It features an adjustable gas valve and a roll-out spring balanced stainless steel grid with four locking positions. The stainless steel construction extends to the front, sides, and interior of the broiler, making it durable and easy to clean. The removable grease pan further simplifies the cleaning process. With a total of 25,000 BTU, this broiler is CSA and CSA-Sanitation certified for safety and sanitation in both the USA and Canada.
