The Radiance Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 48" in width. It features six open burners, each with a BTU rating of 32,000. The left side of the range includes a 12" griddle. The range also includes two standard ovens, each with one rack. The front, sides, and back riser lift-off high shelf are made of stainless steel, as is the full stainless steel oven interior. The oven thermostat is adjustable, allowing for temperatures from 250-550ºF degrees. The range comes with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and a regulator. It has a total BTU rating of 284,000 and is CSA certified for safety and sanitation. Standard features include a full-size pull-out crumb tray, a thermostat-controlled griddle, a pull-out stainless steel door for easy cleaning, and sectioned heavy-duty cast iron grates. Optional accessories include casters, additional stainless steel oven racks, and a holder set for the oven kick plate.
