The Radiance Griddle is a countertop gas griddle with a stainless steel front and side. It has a built-in stainless steel splash guard and a 3/4" thick highly polished steel griddle plate. The griddle has four burners with aluminized U shaped burners and manual controls for every 12". Each burner has an individual heat resistant on-off knob. The griddle also features a 3" wide front grease trough and a removable grease pan. It has a bullnose stainless steel front extension and 2" stainless steel standard legs. The griddle comes with a regulator and has a total of 88,000 BTU. It is CSA and CSA-Sanitation certified. The griddle is designed for commercial use and is suitable for flat top cooking.
