The Radiance Commercial Hotplate is a countertop gas hotplate that is 36" wide. It features six burners, each with a power of 32,000 BTU. The hotplate has manual controls and a removable grease pan for easy cleaning. The front plate and wrap are made of 16 gauge stainless steel for durability. The top of the hotplate is made of heavy duty removable cast iron with a grooved design to ensure direct heat to the cooking surface. The hotplate also has adjustable standing pilots, a bullnose stainless steel front extension, and a heat resistant on-off knob. It comes with 2" stainless steel standard legs and a regulator. The total BTU of the hotplate is 192,000. It is CSA and CSA-Sanitation certified.
