Each deck has temperature control for both top and bottom heating elements, ensuring even heat distribution. The oven is equipped with an overheat protection sensor and a see-thru window for easy monitoring. The microprocessor heating control allows for precise temperature adjustments. The oven comes with adjustable legs and casters for easy mobility. It operates on 220v/60/3-ph power and requires 65 amps. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified. The oven is designed with safety in mind and is suitable for a variety of bread types, including cakes, pastries, and hard breads. Additionally, it offers the option for steam injection and a ceramic stone plate.
