The PRO Series Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is a two-section prep table with a clear lid. It features a rear mount self-contained compressor and has a capacity of 23.0 cu. ft. The top opening has space for 30 pans and comes with two hoods. The table also has two solid hinged swing doors with locks and an aluminum door liner. It includes two stainless steel shelves and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail. The table has a digital temperature control and monitor system, as well as a cold bunker system. The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, with a galvanized bottom. It also has LED interior lighting and fan control, as well as a self-cleaning condenser. The table uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 3/8 HP compressor. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph and requires 9.9 amps. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and is made in the USA.
