It features self-contained refrigeration with a self-cleaning condenser and has a capacity of 23.0 cu. ft. The table has a top opening with 30 pans and two hoods, as well as six drawers and two stainless steel shelves. It also includes a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail, a digital temperature control and monitor system, and a cold bunker system. The interior and exterior of the table are made of stainless steel, with a galvanized bottom. It also has LED interior lighting and fan control. The table uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 3/8 HP motor. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph and draws 9.9 amps.
