The PRO Series Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is a two-section refrigeration unit with a size of 72-5/8"W x 38"D x 45-1/2"H. It features a self-contained refrigeration system with a self-cleaning condenser and has a capacity of 23.0 cu. ft. The top opening of the table can accommodate 30 pans and comes with two hoods. The table also includes four drawers and two stainless steel shelves. It has a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail and a digital temperature control and monitor system. The table is equipped with a cold bunker system and has a stainless steel interior and exterior (with a galvanized bottom). It features LED interior lighting and fan control. The table uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 3/8 HP motor. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph power with 9.9 amps and comes with a cord with NEMA 5-15P plug.
