The PRO Series Sandwich/Salad Unit is a one-section unit with a rear mount self-contained compressor. It has a capacity of 7.0 cu. ft. and features an 8-pan top opening with a hood. The unit also includes a glass hinged swing door with a lock, as well as a stainless steel shelf. The cutting board is 9-1/2" deep and has a side rail for convenience. The unit is equipped with a digital temperature control and monitor system, as well as a cold bunker system. Both the interior and exterior of the unit are made of stainless steel, with a galvanized bottom. The interior is illuminated with LED lighting and has a fan control. The self-cleaning condenser ensures easy maintenance. The unit uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 1/6 HP compressor. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph power with 6.6 amps and a NEMA 5-15P plug.
