The PRO Series Refrigerated Chef Base is a two-section unit with a width of 84 inches and a capacity of 14.75 cubic feet. It features four stainless steel drawers that can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep. Each drawer can hold two full-size pans, although the pans are not included. The chef base also includes a digital temperature display, a stainless steel top, and a full marine drip guard edge. It has a front-breathing design and a self-cleaning condenser with a hot gas condensate system. The refrigeration system is side-mounted and self-contained, using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit is powered by a 3/8 HP motor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 3.8 amps. It is certified by ETL-Sanitation and cETLus for commercial use.
