The PRO Series Refrigerated Chef Base is a two-section unit with a width of 72 inches. It has a capacity of 12.14 cubic feet and features four stainless steel drawers. Each drawer can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep. The left side drawers can hold two full-size pans each, while the right side drawers can hold one full-size pan and three 1/6 size pans each (pans not included). The chef base also includes a digital temperature display, a stainless steel top, and a full marine drip guard edge. It has a front-breathing design and a self-cleaning condenser with a hot gas condensate system. The refrigeration system is side mount self-contained and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit is powered by a 1/4 HP motor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 3.3 amps. It is certified by ETL-Sanitation and cETLus for commercial use.
