The PRO Series Refrigerator Chef Base is a one-section unit with a width of 36". It has a capacity of 4.6 cu. ft. and features two stainless steel drawers. Each drawer can accommodate pans up to 6" deep and can hold one full-size pan or three 1/6 size pans (pans not included). The refrigerator also has a digital temperature display and a stainless steel top with a full marine drip guard edge. It has a front-breathing design and a self-cleaning condenser with a hot gas condensate system. The refrigeration system is side mount self-contained and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit has a 1/4 HP motor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph power with 3.0 amps. It is certified by ETL-Sanitation and cETLus for commercial use.
