The German Knife Premium Food Slicer is a manual, heavy-duty slicer that is gear-driven and gravity-fed. It features a 12" stainless steel knife and a top-mounted built-in knife sharpener. The slicer also has a slice thickness adjustment and a stainless steel receiving plate and food contact zone. The ergonomic chute handle and operator side heavy stainless steel end weight make it easy to use. The slicer is made in Germany and has a safe knife cleaning feature. It is constructed with stainless steel and aluminum and has a 1/2 HP motor. The slicer operates on 115v/60/1 electricity. Other features include half-permanently lubricated worm gears and an oil lubrication system on the top and bottom slide shaft. Additionally, a vegetable hopper is available for use with the slicer.
