The Dealer's Choice Compact Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 72" wide. It comes with a low profile flat cover and can hold up to 18 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), but can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, including the top, sides, and doors, which also have Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, and the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The refrigerator has rear mounted, self-contained refrigeration and comes with six 4" casters. It has a 1/4 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five year compressor warranty, a three year parts and labor warranty, anodized aluminum interior door liners, environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, and a reversible, full length white nylon cutting board. The refrigerator also has a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system, a high quality stainless steel exterior, and a durable, corrosion resistant anodized aluminum interior.
Additional features include a stainless steel insulated pan lid with two open positions, a reinforced pan ledge to securely hold pans leveled, and two powder coated steel shelves per door that are mounted on adjustable pilasters. The refrigerator also has self-closing stainless steel doors with a convenient stay open feature at 105 degrees. It provides NSF Standard 7 performance, even when using 6" deep pans, which is a Traulsen exclusive feature. The top of the refrigerator has cut-outs to accommodate sixth size pans, and divider bars and 4" deep plastic sixth size pans are provided.
The refrigerator has a standard work height of 36-1/4", but optional accessory kits are available to provide lower work heights or meet ADA requirements. These kits include additional shelves for different models and sets of casters with different heights. All optional accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation.
The construction of the refrigerator includes a 22 gauge stainless steel exterior front, one piece sides, pan lid, and doors. The cabinet interior and door liners are made of anodized aluminum, and the exterior cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel
