The Dealer's Choice Compact Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 72" wide. It comes with a low profile flat cover and can hold up to 12 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), but can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, including the top, sides, and doors, with a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket. The back of the refrigerator is also stainless steel, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum. The exterior back and bottom are galvanized. The refrigerator is rear mounted and self-contained, with a 1/4 HP refrigeration system. It comes with six 4" casters for easy mobility. The refrigerator is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug attached, an interior mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five year compressor warranty, a three year parts and labor warranty, anodized aluminum interior door liners, environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, and a reversible, full length white nylon cutting board. The refrigerator also has a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system, a high quality stainless steel exterior, and a durable, corrosion resistant anodized aluminum interior. It comes with a stainless steel insulated pan lid with two open positions and a reinforced pan ledge to securely hold pans leveled. The refrigerator has self-closing stainless steel doors with a convenient stay open feature at 105 degrees. It meets NSF Standard 7 performance, even when using 6" deep pans.
The refrigerator comes with top cut-outs that can accommodate sixth size pans, and divider bars and 4" deep plastic sixth size pans are provided. The standard work height is 36-1/4", but optional accessory kits are available for lower height casters to meet ADA requirements or provide lower work heights.
Optional accessory kits include additional shelves for different models, upper and lower shelves for 48", 60", and 72" models, and different sets of casters for different models. All optional accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation.
Factory installed options include other door hingings and a stainless steel finished back.
