The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 48" wide. It comes with a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf and can hold up to 12 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), but can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum. It has a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system and comes with four 4" casters for easy mobility. The refrigerator is cULus and NSF certified.
Some of the standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five-year compressor warranty, and a three-year parts and labor warranty. It also has anodized aluminum interior door liners, uses environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, and has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator. The refrigerator has a reinforced pan ledge to securely hold pans level and a reversible, full-length white nylon cutting board. The self-closing stainless steel doors have a convenient stay-open feature at 105 degrees.
The refrigerator meets the NSF 7 Standard and can be installed right up against the backwall and alongside other kitchen equipment, saving valuable floor space. It comes with a removable stainless steel insulated pan cover and pivoting front lid. The top of the refrigerator has cut-outs to accommodate sixth size pans, and divider bars and 4" deep plastic sixth size pans are provided. The standard work height is 36-1/4", but there are optional accessory kits available for lower height casters to meet ADA requirements or provide lower work heights.
Optional accessory kits include additional shelves for different models, upper and lower shelves for 48", 60", and 72" models, and different sets of casters for different models. All optional accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation.
The refrigerator is constructed with stainless steel exterior front, sides, pan cover, lid, and doors, and anodized aluminum interior and door liners. The exterior cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The doors self-close at less than 90 degrees and have a stay open feature at 105 degrees. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane.
