Each drawer has the capacity to hold eight 1/6 size pans. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, including the top, sides, and drawers, while the back is also stainless steel. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, with a galvanized bottom. The refrigeration system is self-contained and rear-mounted.
