The Traulsen RHF132W-FHS Heated Reach-In Holding Cabinet with Correctional Package is a one-section, stainless steel cabinet with a capacity of 24.2 cu. ft. It features a left-hinged, full-height door with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets, cabinet lighting, locking hasp, flanged legs, mesh screen, and lexan control cover. The cabinet also includes 12 pairs of universal tray slides welded to a steel frame per section. It is equipped with INTELA-TRAUL® controls and is designed for use in a corrections environment.
The standard features of this cabinet include stainless steel exterior and interior, standard depth cabinet, stainless steel breaker caps, five-year compressor warranty, magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets, automatically activated incandescent lights, balanced, self-contained refrigeration system, automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, thermostatic expansion valve metering device, guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges and door handles, controllable anti-condensate door perimeter heaters, self-closing doors with stay-open feature at 120 degrees, scroll blower type evaporator fan and biased return air duct, and gasket-protecting metal door liners.
The correctional package includes features such as no hinge or light covers, locking hasps to secure cabinet contents, lexan control cover for protection, safety screws to prevent unwanted removal of cabinet components, stainless steel flanged legs for secure mounting to the floor, stainless steel screen to protect the refrigeration system, and 12 pairs of universal tray slides welded to a steel frame per section.
The construction, hardware, and insulation of the cabinet are made of stainless steel. The doors are equipped with locking hasps, removable plug cylinder locks, and guaranteed for life cam-lift, gravity action, self-closing metal, glide hinges. The cabinet and doors are insulated with high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
The cabinet is controlled by the INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system, which includes a 3-Digit LED Display, Fahrenheit or Celsius Temperature Scale Display Capability, and an RS485 data port. The refrigeration system is top-mounted and self-contained, using either R-134a or R-404A refrigerant. The heating system uses a low-watt density, serpentine-style heater for efficient heat generation.
