The Spec-Line Reach-In Freezer is a two-section freezer with a capacity of 46.0 cu. ft. It features self-contained refrigeration and a stainless steel exterior and interior. The freezer has a standard depth and narrow half-height door or doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. Each section comes with three adjustable wire shelves. The unit is equipped with INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor controls and can be programmed to operate at -10 degrees Fahrenheit.
The R & A Series is Traulsen's top-of-the-line product offering. The "N-Width" reach-in freezer models are designed to maximize interior storage capacity within a slightly narrower footprint. They come with balanced refrigeration systems, microprocessor controls, communications ability, and stainless steel exteriors. The freezer also offers various options and accessories, such as a bare tube coil, an EZ-Open foot pedal (for full height doors), optional voltages, a stainless steel finished back with rear louvers, remote monitoring, Kool Klad exterior laminate decor, casters instead of legs, remote applications, additional wire shelves or optional stainless steel shelves, different support options, tray slides to accommodate different pan sizes, and EZ-Change interiors.
The construction of the freezer includes a stainless steel exterior, one-piece sides, louver assembly, and doors. The cabinet interior and door liners are also made of stainless steel.
