The Spec-Line Reach-In Freezer is a two-section freezer with a capacity of 40.8 cu. ft. It features self-contained refrigeration and a stainless steel exterior and interior. The shallow depth design allows for maximum interior storage capacity within a slightly shallower footprint. The wide full-height doors are equipped with guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges and magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets. The unit is controlled by the INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system, which allows for programming the freezer to operate at -10 degrees Fahrenheit. It is cULus and NSF certified.
Standard features of the freezer include a biased return air duct, a 9' cord and plug, stainless steel breaker caps, a five-year compressor warranty, a scroll blower type evaporator fan, a gasket-protecting metal door liner, and a three-year parts and labor warranty. The R-Series model has a stainless steel exterior and interior, while the A-Series model has a stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior.
The freezer also offers a wide range of options and accessories, including additional wire shelves, export voltage options, re-hinging feature for doors, Kool Klad exterior laminate decor, prison/correctional facilities options, and more.
The construction of the freezer includes a stainless steel exterior and interior, with heavy-gauge aluminized steel for the top, back, and bottom. The doors are equipped with removable plug cylinder locks and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
The refrigeration system is top-mounted and self-contained, using R-404A refrigerant. It features a front-facing condenser, thermostatic expansion valve, air-cooled hermetic compressor, plenum effect blower coil, high-humidity evaporator coil, and a top-mounted non-electric condensate evaporator. The INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system is water-resistant and includes a 3-Digit LED Display and audio/visual alarms for various failures.
The interior of the freezer includes three wire shelves per section, mounted on shelf pins. The recommended load limit per shelf is 225 lbs.
The freezer comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty and a five-year compressor warranty.
