The Spec-Line Reach-In Freezer is a one-section freezer with a capacity of 21.9 cu. ft. It is designed for remote refrigeration and has a stainless steel exterior and interior. The freezer has a standard depth and narrow half-height doors. Each section comes with three adjustable wire shelves. The unit is equipped with INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor controls and can be programmed to operate at -10 degrees Fahrenheit. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The R & A Series is Traulsen's top-of-the-line product offering. The one-section "N-Width" reach-in refrigerator and freezer models are designed to offer maximum interior storage capacity. They have wide doors that can accommodate 18" x 26" pans, all within a compact footprint of less than 27" left to right. These models come with high-quality features such as balanced refrigeration systems, microprocessor controls, communications ability, and stainless steel exteriors. They also offer a wide range of optional accessories and can be specified for use in various applications including foodservice, correctional, institutional, and export.
The freezer comes with a 9' cord and plug attached, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, and a five-year compressor warranty. It also has an automatic condensate evaporator, gasket protecting metal door liner, and a one-year parts and labor warranty. The R-Series has a stainless steel exterior and interior, while the A-Series has a stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior.
Other features of the freezer include automatically activated incandescent lights, thermostatic expansion valve metering device, balanced self-contained refrigeration systems, and INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor control system. The unit has full or half-length stainless steel doors with locks, guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges and door handles, and controllable anti-condensate door perimeter heaters. It comes with a set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs and has self-closing doors with a stay-open feature at 120 degrees.
