The Spec-Line Reach-In Freezer is a one-section freezer with a capacity of 19.1 cu. ft. It features self-contained refrigeration and a stainless steel exterior and interior. The freezer has a shallow depth and wide half-height doors. Each section comes with three adjustable wire shelves. The unit is equipped with the INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor controls, allowing it to be programmed to operate at -10 degrees Fahrenheit. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The R & A Series is Traulsen's top-of-the-line product offering. The reach-in freezer models in this series have a slightly shallower footprint but still offer maximum interior storage capacity. They come with high-quality features such as balanced refrigeration systems, microprocessor controls, and stainless steel exteriors. These freezers also offer a wide range of optional accessories and can be specified for use in various applications, including foodservice, correctional, institutional, and export.
The freezer comes with several standard features, including a biased return air duct, a 9' cord and plug, stainless steel breaker caps, a five-year compressor warranty, a scroll blower type evaporator fan, a gasket-protecting metal door liner, guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges, a three-year parts and labor warranty, and a stainless steel exterior and interior. It also has magnetic snap-in EZ-clean door gaskets, a stainless steel one-piece louver assembly, a thermostatic expansion valve metering device, automatically activated incandescent lights, and an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator. The INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor control system allows for easy temperature control and monitoring. The freezer comes with full or half-length stainless steel doors with locks, controllable anti-condensate door perimeter heaters, and a set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs. It also has a guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handle and self-closing doors with a stay-open feature at 120 degrees.
