The Spec-Line Roll-Thru Holding Cabinet is a one-section cabinet made with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth cabinet and full-height doors. The cabinet is designed to accept a 66" high rack provided by others. It is equipped with the INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor control system and is cULus and NSF certified. Some of the standard features of this cabinet include a stainless steel door liner, breaker caps, and threshold ramps. It also has a ducted fan air distribution system, stainless steel interior rack guides, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty and has an ON/OFF switch located on the control face. Other features include a stainless steel exterior and interior, magnetic snap-in EZ-clean door gaskets, and automatically activated incandescent lights. The cabinet has full-length stainless steel doors with locks and a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature. It also has guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handles and a stainless steel one-piece louver assembly at the front and rear. The cabinet is designed to accommodate roll-in racks up to 66" high and has various door hinging options available. There are also several options and accessories available for this cabinet, including export 220/50/1 voltage, re-hinging feature for doors, additional wire shelves, Kool Klad exterior laminate decor, and options for prison/correctional facilities. The construction of the cabinet includes 20-gauge stainless steel for the exterior, one-piece sides, louver assembly, and doors. The interior and door liners are also made of stainless steel. The cabinet top is made of heavy-gauge aluminized steel, and the interior floor and exterior bottom are made of stainless steel and insulated with 3/4" of resilient cork. The doors are equipped with heavy-duty wiper gaskets, removable plug cylinder locks, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. The heating system of the cabinet uses a low-watt density, serpentine-style heater to generate electric heat. The heat is distributed evenly throughout the cabinet through a down-air distribution duct. The cabinet also has a vent for humidity control. The cabinet is controlled by the INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor control system,
