The Spec-Line Three-Section Roll-In Freezer is a top-of-the-line product offered by Traulsen. It features a stainless steel exterior and interior, with a standard depth cabinet and full-height doors. Designed to accommodate 66" high racks, this freezer is equipped with the INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system, allowing it to be programmed to operate at -10 degrees Fahrenheit.
The R & A Series models are known for their convenient interior storage and high-quality features. They come with a biased return air duct, 9' cord & plug, stainless steel breaker caps, and magnetic snap-in door gaskets. The compressor is backed by a five-year warranty, and the evaporator fan is a scroll blower type. The unit also includes a gasket protecting metal door liner and a one-year parts and labor warranty.
Other notable features of this freezer include guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges, automatically activated incandescent lights, and a thermostatic expansion valve metering device. It also has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator and controllable anti-condensate door perimeter heaters. The construction of this freezer is sturdy and durable. The exterior front, sides, louver assembly, and doors are made of 20-gauge stainless steel with a #4 finish. The interior and door liners are also constructed of stainless steel. The cabinet top, back, and bottom are made of heavy-gauge aluminized steel. The interior floor is stainless steel and insulated with 3/4" of resilient cork. The doors are equipped with a heavy-duty wiper gasket, removable plug cylinder locks, and cam-lift hinges. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
The refrigeration system is top-mounted and self-contained, using R-404A refrigerant. It features a front-facing condenser, thermostatic expansion valve, air-cooled hermetic compressor, plenum effect blower coil, high-humidity evaporator coil, and a non-electric condensate evaporator. The system is designed to maintain even temperatures and efficient operation.
