The Spec-Line Reach-In Holding Cabinet is a one-section cabinet with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth cabinet and can have a full-height door or doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. The cabinet is equipped with INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor controls. Some of the standard features of the cabinet include stainless steel breaker caps, a ducted fan air distribution system, a gasket-protecting metal door liner, guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges, and a three-year parts and labor warranty. It also has an ON/OFF switch located on the control face, automatically activated incandescent lights, and magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets. The cabinet comes with a set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs and has a temperature range of 140 to 180°F. It has self-closing doors with a stay-open feature at 120 degrees and a guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handle. There are various options and accessories available for the cabinet, including additional wire shelves, different voltages, exterior laminate decor, and prison/correctional facilities options. It can also be equipped with locking hasps, an EZ-Open foot pedal, or a stainless steel base or kickplate. The cabinet has a construction, hardware, and insulation that includes stainless steel and anodized aluminum components. It has a low-watt density heating system and an INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system. The interior of the cabinet includes wire shelves mounted on pilasters, and there are different interior arrangements available. The cabinet comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty.
