It features a microprocessor control system and a full-height stainless steel door that is hinged on the left. The sides and interior are made of anodized aluminum, and it comes with three epoxy-coated shelves that are factory installed. The unit is equipped with 6" high casters for easy mobility. It can be programmed to operate at -10 degrees Fahrenheit.

The unit has a large high humidity evaporator coil outside the food zone and a top-mounted, balanced, self-contained refrigeration system.
