It features microprocessor control, half-height stainless steel doors (hinged left), anodized aluminum sides and interior, and three epoxy coated shelves. The unit can be programmed to operate at -10 degrees Fahrenheit.

The freezer has a large high-humidity evaporator coil outside the food zone and a top-mounted, balanced, self-contained refrigeration system. It also has an energy-saving automatic non-electric condensate evaporator and a thermostatic expansion valve metering device for quick refrigeration recovery times.
The freezer comes with three adjustable epoxy-coated shelves per section, supported on shelf pins that are installed at the factory. Optional accessory kits are available, including additional epoxy-coated shelves, plated shelves, adjustable legs, and various tray slides and shelves.
