The Centerline™ Compact Sandwich Prep Table is a three-section table with a width of 72". It features self-contained rear-mount refrigeration and has a capacity for (20) 1/6 pans (pans not included). The table has (1) left hinged and (2) right hinged doors, along with a 12" deep removable cutting board and a roll top lid. It is equipped with electronic control and an LED display. Each section of the table has (2) epoxy coated shelves. The exterior is made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum. The table is mounted on (6) casters and uses R450A refrigerant. It has a 1/4 HP motor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 5.0 amps. The table is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
