The cabinet exterior is made of 20 gauge stainless steel with a #4 finish, while the interior is made of stainless steel or anodized aluminum. The cabinet top, back, and bottom are made of heavy gauge aluminized steel. The doors are equipped with removable plug cylinder locks and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet is insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
The refrigeration system is top-mounted and self-contained, using R-134a refrigerant. It features a front-facing condenser, thermostatic expansion valve, air-cooled hermetic compressor, and a non-electric condensate evaporator.
