The refrigerator has a stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior, with a shallow depth for maximum storage capacity. It comes with three adjustable wire shelves per section and microprocessor controls. The refrigerator also has a self-contained refrigeration system and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs. It is cULus and NSF certified. The refrigerator is part of Traulsen's R & A Series, which offers high-quality features such as balanced refrigeration systems, microprocessor controls, and stainless steel exteriors. It also comes with a range of optional accessories and can be specified for use in various applications, including foodservice, correctional, institutional, and export.
