The Spec-Line Heated Cabinet is a pass-thru, one-section cabinet with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior. It has a standard depth cabinet and features a half-height glass door or doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. The cabinet comes with three clear coated adjustable shelves per section and microprocessor controls. It also has 6" adjustable stainless steel legs and is NSF and UL certified.
This pass-thru holding cabinet from Traulsen is designed to keep food hot for longer periods while maintaining taste and quality. With doors on the front and back, this holding cabinet allows for easy access from multiple stations, making your kitchen more productive.
The cabinet is built using Traulsen's high-performance ducted fan air distribution system, which minimizes temperature stratification inside the cabinet. This system provides quicker daily start-up, lower energy usage, and reduced lifetime service costs. The cabinet also features stainless steel breaker caps, gasket protecting metal door liners, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges.
Other features include an INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system, automatically activated incandescent lights, and a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature. The cabinet has a standard operating temperature range of 135 to 180°F and comes with a set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs.
The cabinet offers various options and accessories, such as additional wire shelves, locking hasps, and different voltage options. It also has different types of tray slides to accommodate different pan sizes.
The construction of the cabinet includes a stainless steel exterior, stainless steel or anodized aluminum interior, and heavy gauge aluminized steel top and bottom. The doors are equipped with removable plug cylinder locks and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet and doors are insulated with high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane.
The heating system uses a low watt density, serpentine style heater to generate electric heat. The heat is evenly distributed throughout the cabinet using a down-air distribution duct. The cabinet also has a vent for humidity control.
The cabinet is controlled by an easy to use, water-resistant INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system. It includes a 3-Digit LED Display, ON/OFF Button, Fahrenheit or Celsius Temperature Scale Display Capability, and audio/visual alarms for temperature, door open, and power supply interruption.
The interior of the cabinet includes three wire shelves per section, mounted on pilasters.
