The Spec-Line Refrigerator/Freezer Convertible is a two-section reach-in unit with self-contained refrigeration. It features a stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior. The standard depth unit has wide full-height doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. Each section comes with three adjustable wire shelves. The microprocessor controls allow for easy temperature adjustment. The unit uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 3/4 HP compressor.
The refrigerator/freezer convertible is designed to maximize space and adapt to changing storage needs. It comes with a range of standard features, including a biased return air duct, a 9' cord and plug, stainless steel breaker caps, and a microprocessor control system. The compressor is covered by a five year warranty, while the parts and labor are covered for three years.
Additional features include a scroll blower type evaporator fan, gasket-protecting metal door liner, guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges, and automatically activated incandescent lights. The convertible refrigerator/freezer also offers various options and accessories, such as remote applications, additional wire shelves, stainless steel shelves, and re-hinging feature for the doors. It can be customized with Kool Klad exterior laminate decor, bare tube coil, or prison/correctional facilities options. Other options include an EZ-Open foot pedal, locking hasps, casters instead of legs, and a stainless steel finished back with rear louvers.
The unit is constructed with heavy gauge stainless steel for the exterior, while the interior and door liners are made of stainless steel or anodized aluminum. The cabinet top, back, and bottom are constructed of heavy gauge aluminized steel. The doors are equipped with removable plug cylinder locks and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet and door contain high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane insulation.
The refrigeration system is top mounted and self-contained, using R-404A refrigerant.
