The Pro-Max 2.0® Panini Sandwich Grill is a high-quality cooking equipment made in the USA. It features a 28" W grooved cast iron cooking surface that provides excellent heat retention. The grill also has a counterbalance hinge system for easy operation and a removable grease drawer for easy cleaning. The stainless steel exterior gives it a sleek and durable look. The grill can accommodate sandwiches up to 3" thick and has multiple control options including analog temperature with or without a digital timer, or electronic control. Additional options include different cooking surface options such as smooth, grooved, or a combination of both. This grill is cULus and UL EPH Classified.
