The cool-to-the-touch charbroiler with a stainless steel bullnose not only protects the knobs but also keeps the work area comfortable. The stainless steel countertop range features a 2.75-inch high tapered splash guard and a large capacity water pan for easy cleanup. The grates can be adjusted independently in 6-inch sections, allowing for a flat or inclined surface. Additionally, the grates are reversible with a thin side for searing and a thick side for more delicate menu items.
