The Southbend P36T-ISI Platinum sectional induction range is a heavy-duty electric range designed for restaurant kitchens. It is 36 inches wide and features four 3,500-watt induction elements and four 12-inch induction cook tops. The range also includes a 12-inch spreader in the center and a high-impact CERAN® glass top. Each cooking element has a 0 to 9 power level LED indicator and there is an automatic infrared shutoff sensor to prevent overheating. The range also has a TruVection oven base, a 25-inch-deep front rail, and a removable drip tray. It is made of stainless steel and has a 25-inch front gas manifold and a 1-inch rear gas connection for integration into batteries and suites. Additionally, it comes with a 5-inch-high stainless steel flue riser.
