The Platinum Heavy Duty Range is a gas range that measures 32" in width. It features a 16" griddle with a 1" thick plate and a 16" charbroiler with cast iron grates. The range has manual controls and a cabinet base for convenient storage of cooking supplies. Constructed with stainless steel on the front, sides, and exterior bottom, as well as 6" adjustable legs, this range is highly durable and built to last. It has a total BTU rating of 80,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The 16" charbroiler is equipped with two 20,000 BTU burners and a high-low control knob. It has stainless steel radiants that ensure even heat distribution to the cast iron grates. The grates can be removed and adjusted to accommodate different cooking needs. The charbroiler also has a dedicated removable drip tray for easy maintenance. The 16" griddle also has two 20,000 BTU burners and a control knob. It features a 1" thick plate for excellent heat retention and splash guards around the rear and sides to keep the cooking area clean and safe. Grease collects in a removable stainless steel drawer. The range is fully insulated, and the 5" stainless steel flue riser helps redirect heat and smoke away from users and towards the ventilation hood. It comes with a standard one-year limited parts and labor warranty. Additional options and accessories for the range include an external pressure regulator, different front rail options, casters for mobility, stainless steel oven interior, shelves on the flue riser, and more. The exterior of the range is made of polished stainless steel, and the front rail measures 9-1/4" deep. The range is designed to be part of a battery, and it comes with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs. The model 32C features a stainless steel cabinet base with two removable doors that open from the center.
