The Platinum Heavy Duty Range is a 32" gas range with a griddle and a convection oven. It features a 1" thick griddle plate with manual controls and battery spark ignition. The griddle has four 20,000 BTU burners and a 9.25" deep front rail with splash guards. The convection oven has a 45,000 BTU burner with a standing pilot and a two-speed fan for even cooking. The oven interior is made of porcelain enamel for easy cleaning. The range is made of stainless steel and has adjustable legs. It meets all cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF standards.
