The charbroiler has four burners with a total cooking power of 80,000 BTU. The burners can be controlled using two knobs with a hi-lo setting. The charbroiler can reach a surface temperature of up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, making it suitable for a variety of cooking tasks. The cast iron grates and stainless steel radiants ensure even heat distribution and quick preheating and recovery times. The convection oven has a 45,000 BTU burner with a standing pilot. It features a two-speed blower that ensures hot air is evenly distributed throughout the cooking chamber, eliminating cold spots. The oven has a temperature range of 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing for precise temperature control. The porcelain enamel interior makes cleaning easy. The range is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, exterior bottom, and legs. The legs are adjustable to accommodate uneven flooring. The range is fully insulated to maintain temperature consistency. It also features a front rail for additional workspace and a removable drip tray for easy maintenance. The 5" stainless steel flue riser diverts heat and smoke away from the user's space. The Platinum Heavy Duty Range is CSA, NSF, and cCSAus certified, ensuring its quality and safety.
