We offer a commercial countertop griddle with a gas-powered 18" W x 24" D cooking surface. The griddle features a 1" thick polished steel plate and thermostatic controls. It also has battery spark ignition and a stainless steel front, sides, and 4" adjustable legs. The griddle has a 30,000 BTU output and is CSA and NSF certified. 
 
 Some of the standard features of this griddle include a protected flue opening, electronic spark ignition with a battery, a 1" thick polished rolled steel plate, grease drawers with large capacity, 5" high rear and 4" side splash guards, and each burner equipped with a runner tube. The griddle also has reinforced, insulated double wall sides, a 3/4" rear gas connection and pressure regulator, and is available in various widths ranging from 18" to 72". 
 
 The griddle has a fully welded griddle plate with a protected exhaust vent and a 20,000 BTU (NAT or LP) burner per 12" for manual models and a 30,000 BTU (NAT or LP) burner per 12" for thermostatic models. It also features an exclusive "NO COLD" Zone for uniform heat distribution across the surface. The front, vent, and sides are made of stainless steel, while the rear and bottom panels are made of aluminized steel. 
 
 The thermostatic griddle models have additional features such as a flame failure safety device, an embedded load sensing thermostat, and "instant-on" thermostatic controls for precise temperature settings between 200°F and 400°F. 
 
 There are also various options and accessories available for this griddle, including casters for a stand, a stainless steel stand, grooved or chrome plated griddle plates, a stainless steel plate shelf with or without a cutting board, and a 2" high insulator base for mounting on a refrigerated base. 
 
 The griddle has a durable construction with a front, sides, and vent made of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel, and the bottom and rear made of aluminized steel. The sides are reinforced and fully insulated, and there are 5" rear and 4" side splash guards. The griddle plate is fully welded and 1" thick, with side splash guards and a grease drawer.
