The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 36" width. It features four star/sauté burners and standard grates, as well as a 12" griddle on the left side. The range also includes a convection oven with battery spark ignition and comes with three racks.
The range has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 182,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified.
Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Optional accessories for the range include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors.
The range can also be equipped with flame failure, battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops, and various salamander and cheesemelter mounts. It can be connected with a 3/4" quick disconnect with a flexible hose.
There are also several burner options available, including 33,000 BTU NAT burners, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, split burner configuration, 5 burner configuration, and Pyromax burners.
The range can be equipped with a griddle top or charbroiler on either the left or right side. The griddle top is available in 12", 24", or 36" sizes and can be manual or thermostatically controlled. The charbroiler is available in 24" or 36" sizes and has removable cast iron grates.
The range has a stainless steel exterior finish and comes with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs. It also has a stainless steel cabinet base and a 22.5" flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range also has a removable one-piece drip tray to catch grease drippings.
